Manager Estate/Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manager to manage infrastructure maintenance, construction activities, and facility operations across the university campus.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience Required:

• Minimum 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing construction, repair, and maintenance of university buildings, hostels, and utilities
• Ensuring campus cleanliness, safety, fire & electrical compliance
• Supervising civil, electrical, and plumbing teams
• Managing vendors, AMCs, and contractor performance
• Preparing estimates, budgets, and project timelines
• Coordinating with local authorities for legal approvals and inspections
• Monitoring campus resources: water, power, solar, sewage, etc.
• Maintaining property records, AMC files, and infrastructure logs

Required Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of civil/electrical works and university infrastructure standards
• Familiarity with green campus norms, safety standards, and fire regulations
• Strong vendor negotiation and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD / ERP-based infra systems preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
