Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Civil Engineer to support our site and project activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at the site.Manage material requirements and maintain inventory records.
Support in billing, measurement sheets, and documentation work.
Handle site-level problem-solving and assist in technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in building/construction projects.
Strong knowledge of site supervision, material management, and project coordination.
Good understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges
