Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Highways - Bridge Designs, based in Hyderabad. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing bridge design projects. Day-to-day tasks include leading design teams, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and supervising the completion of design deliverables. The Manager will also ensure quality control, project timelines, and efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Bridge Design, Highway Engineering, and Structural Analysis
• Experience in managing design teams and leading complex infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other relevant tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in sustainable design practices and environmental considerations
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site and commitment to quality and timely delivery of projects
• Should be open to go for site visits as and when required
