About the Client Company

A leading manufacturer of uPVC and cPVC pipes, currently operating through dealers and

distributors. As part of our growth strategy, we are establishing a new Government Projects &

Tenders division to expand our sales in institutional, tender-based, and government project

markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and participate in government tenders, EPC projects, and institutional orders for

uPVC & cPVC pipes.

• Handle the complete tendering process including pre-bid requirements, documentation, pricing,

compliance, and submission.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors,

and project consultants.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely execution and

compliance of orders.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the government procurement segment.

• Establish SOPs and systems for this newly created Govt. Projects & Tender Sales department.

• Achieve sales targets from government projects in line with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in uPVC/cPVC pipe industry (mandatory).

• Proven track record of handling government tenders and project orders in the PVC pipe sector.

• Strong knowledge of tender documentation, online tender portals, and government procurement

processes (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.).

• Excellent networking skills with consultants, contractors, and government bodies.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and build a new vertical from scratch.
