Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the construction industry who may require

Backhoe Loader.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the

Backhoe Loader.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their

specific requirements.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and advancements in excavator

technology.

• Provide technical information and guidance to customers, ensuring they make informed

purchasing decisions.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,

dealerships, and key industry stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated and

effective approach to customer satisfaction.

Sales Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize

revenue.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies

accordingly.

Quoting and Negotiation:

• Prepare and present competitive price quotes to customers.

• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to

management.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of Backhoe

Loader.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Attend Industry Events:

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the

brand and build a network.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• 8 to 10 years Proven experience in sales, any Heavy machines industry, preferably in the

construction equipment industry.

• 3 to 5 years Proven experience in sales, any Heavy machines industry, preferably in the

construction equipment industry.

• Strong understanding of excavator technology and the construction industry.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

The Backhoe Loader Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales growth,

expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the construction
