• Lead Payroll team
• Team management
• Review work of team members
• Training existing/ new employees

• Overall planning and monitoring

• In Excel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc)
• Develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process
• Client liaison 
• Process improvement

Secondary

• Basic knowledge about MS Office-especially Excel
• Good written and verbal communication
• Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
• Team management and allocation of routine work
• Client management
