Your work profile

As Manager our Oracle Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - Collaborate/Lead engagements in areas such as GIC setup by strategizing across design, build, run, transform, and innovate spectrum for Technology or BPM (Finance, Procurement) functions Collaborate/Lead IT-BPM outsourcing related programs (e.g., sourcing strategy, supplier rationalization and strategy, supplier governance) working closely with client stakeholders Leverage working and market knowledge of IT outsourcing, BPO/BPM, GIC, and shared services operating models Work closely and collaboratively with teams to analyze client operations, brainstorm potential options, and make recommendations Leverage standardized global program structure tools, templates, and methodologies and draw learnings from other geographies Assist leadership to take strategic decisions and manage, build, and leverage client relationships Further support leadership in developing portfolio offerings and assisting in sales pitch Contribute to the planning and resourcing for client pursuits and new projects Mentor junior team members across offerings on project work and delivering against team goals Create strong team of professionals by attracting external talent and strengthening the in-house team This role could be based out of Delhi-NCR / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune Location and way of working Base location: Bengaluru This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
