Job Description

1. Identify, research, and build a comprehensive pipeline of potential
donors, including corporates (SMEs and large enterprises), international foundations, and multilateral agencies. 2. Drive CSR funding opportunities through strategic outreach, relationship management, and compelling proposal development. 3. Initiate cold calls, schedule meetings, and present the organization’s vision and impact to prospective partners and funders. 4. Craft customized concept notes, proposals, and presentations aligned with donor priorities and expectations. 5. Lead funding negotiations and finalize agreements, MoUs, and contracts in collaboration with internal legal and program teams. Partnership & Stakeholder Management 1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders. 2. Represent the organization at conferences, sectoral events, and donor forums to build visibility and foster strategic alliances. 3. Ensure regular and transparent communication with partners, sharing impact stories, reports, and project updates. Campaigns & Employee Engagement 1. Lead the development and execution of cause-related marketing and employee engagement campaigns in collaboration with external and internal marketing teams.
