As a Manager in the Audit team, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of graduates and qualified Executives, Seniors, and AMs in conducting audits for international clients. Your role will involve managing onshore departments, establishing strong relationships with key contacts, and working closely with senior management to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for onshore departments, ensuring effective utilization of staff for audits, and gathering feedback on the quality of work delivered. You will be required to track key metrics, develop training sessions based on feedback and quality reviews, and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting hiring needs, utilizing audit tools for efficient audits, and contributing to overall business growth by participating in team development activities. As the Performance Manager, you will lead the career development of staff members, coach AMs and TLs on performance reviews, and mentor junior team members to build competent audit teams. Your innovative mindset will be essential in delivering effective audits, while your leadership skills will be key in motivating and developing AMs and TLs to become effective leaders within the team. You will actively engage in technical training sessions, performance management, and mentorship activities to support the continuous growth and success of the audit team.,
