As a Manager in the Audit team, your role involves leading a team of graduates and qualified Executives, Seniors, and AMs who work on audits for onshore clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the team to manage international clients and oversee audits. - Acting as the main point of contact for onshore departments, establishing strong relationships with department champions and other key contacts. - Collaborating with senior management and onshore contacts to drive business development and team growth. - Ensuring efficient utilization of staff for audits, gathering feedback on work quality, and tracking key performance metrics. - Designing and conducting training sessions based on feedback and quality reviews from onshore. - Identifying training needs in coordination with the Learning and Development team. - Supporting recruitment activities to meet hiring requirements. - Demonstrating an innovative mindset by utilizing various audit tools for effective and efficient audits. - Contributing to overall business growth by collaborating with senior management and key onshore contacts. - Engaging in team development activities such as delivering technical training, acting as a performance manager, and mentoring junior team members. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for: - Acting as the Performance Manager and guiding the career development of staff members. - Coaching Assistant Managers (AMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) on performance reviews and staff development. - Motivating and developing AMs and TLs to evolve into effective leaders.,
