Manager -Founders office


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder for all the various departments in the organisation
  • Engage in high-impact projects across business strategy, business development, revenue oriented functions and operational optimization & provide regular updates to the founder on the progress
  • Coordinate cross functionally on strategic projects & initiatives from conception through execution
  • Responsible for drafting regular presentations & reports for the founders use
  • Screen & maintain the founders communication, emails, calendar etc
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with teams such as business development, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goals.


Good to Have -

  • At least 2 years experience in working in Founders Office in generalist role
  • Experience in a service -led startup
  • Experience in cross functional stakeholder management


CTC - Rs. 8-12 Lakhs (Basis last drawn)

Location - HSR, Bangalore
