  1. Job Purpose

  • Assist the Lead in making informed decisions that optimize fleet performance, improve business efficiency, and align with the organizations long-term goals
  • Support in analyzing and evaluating data related to the airlines fleet operations and business strategies

    Accountabilities

Functional Activities

  • Assist in conduct ficial evaluations of fleet decisions, considering factors such as aircraft acquisition costs, operating expenses, maintece, and fuel efficiency
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide valuable market intelligence to the team for better-informed fleet and business planning strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data pertaining to the airlines fleet operations, market trends, ficial performance, and other relevant factors
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to the Lead and other stakeholders
  • Support the team in making data-driven recommendations for aircraft acquisitions, retirements, and fleet optimization
  • Evaluate purchase and lease options and negotiate contracts with aircraft manufacturers and lessors
  • Collaborate with the team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and route performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fleet and business planning
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis by performing data validation and cleansing processes
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
