Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Design and lead the SafeR+ behavioral safety training and onboard implementation
Analyze crew injuries using the T-CUP framework and recommend corrective measures
Standardize global safety training and deliver workshops across locations
Maintain MIS, track STAR reporting, and manage safety incentive programs

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate with masters, superintendents, psychologists, and training teams
Oversee SafeR+ materials development, delivery, and effectiveness evaluations
Lead onboard campaigns, incident investigations, and behavior change initiatives
Support budgeting, feedback analysis, and cross-country training standardization
