Manager - Finance Transformation - Business Consulting - Industries

Role Overview: As a Manager with Finance Transformation experience, you will be joining the Business Consulting Finance Belgium service line at a leading global service provider, EY. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of consultants & executives, addressing critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality work products are delivered within expected timeframes and on budget - Effectively manage and motivate teams on projects, providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching - Mentor Junior/Senior consultants and contribute to steering the Business Consulting Finance team - Manage business development opportunities through RfPs, client interactions, and cross-service lines collaboration - Drive projects to define a finance vision, mission, and strategy - Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments, and benchmarking - Design and implement new Finance Operating Models and Shared Service Centers - Leverage automation and digital processes for project success Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent - 5 to 7 years of experience in management consulting or delivering large-scale Finance & Operating Model programs - Knowledge of technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP, etc. is a plus - Experience in project delivery and business development with a focus on stakeholder and change management - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch or French - Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills - Ability to work in a team environment, influence others, and build relationships with high-level client stakeholders - Forward-thinking, quick learner, self-motivated, and adaptable to new challenges - Flexible with travel requirements Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to work in an intellectually challenging role within a leading international company, with growth potential in a dynamic and diverse team.
