Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned client locations (rotating weekly; across cities) to implement our mobile application. Educate building management, security staff, and clients customers on how to use the app effectively. Address basic queries related to app usage and escalate issues when required. Ensure successful onboarding and adoption before moving to the next assignment/location. Maintain daily records of client visits, feedback, and implementation status. Act as the face of the company during client interactions, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any discipline. 02 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply). Excellent verbal communication skills in English Comfort with using mobile apps and explaining digital processes to users.
