Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the FP&A team in planning, budgeting, and controlling activities
Oversee the development and maintenance of rolling forecasts to provide continuous financial insights
Manage the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans
Analyze and set pricing strategies for customers to maximize profitability while remaining competitive
Conduct profitability analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance
Evaluate potential investments and projects, providing financial insights and recommendations
Implement cost control measures to enhance efficiency.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives and reporting
Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial guidance and support to drive business initiatives.

Required skills:

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights
Expertise in creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance
Ability to develop long-term financial plans aligned with the company's goals
Strong verbal/written communication skills to present financial information to senior leadership
Ability to work cross-functionally to gather information and drive financial strategies
Strong problem-solving skills to identify financial issues and implement effective solutions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage multiple priorities
