The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, guiding its financial strategy, planning, and maintaining its fiscal stability. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions, including tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Reviewing existing processes across the organization and making periodic changes in line with business growth and market dynamics. Driving Internal Financial Controls to minimize organizational Risk. Driving the Internal Audit, Stock Audit, and Retail process Audit teams to ensure adherence to company policies & procedures and ensure adequate control of inventory. Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals, ensuring technology initiatives drive business value and competitiveness. Developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy to achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
