Payment Gateway Reconciliation – Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day to day Operations for the reconciliations Function.

The role is to reconcile and investigate on the exception for any transaction which is affected across all clients, agencies, mode of payments and receipts and wallet partners

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, getting reviewed and distribution of AP reports, including aging schedules, payment forecasts, accruals and month-end close deliverables
• Oversee daily AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor management and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor escalations, specially SOR and Fulfilled by Zepto
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, timeliness and cost savings
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests and documenting processes

Qualification:

• Graduate C.A. with 0-1 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
