PuneQualification- CA Purpose: To oversee the financial activities of an organization which includes making recommendations for proper utilization of the cash reserves of a company, creating processes for audit, reviewing cash flow, analysing financial transactions, etc. supervise and provide support to team at Pune & Lote. Technical Financial accounting, Budgeting & Treasury Operations Stakeholder Management Direct & Indirect Taxation SAP MS Word & Excel PPT Presentation Areas of Responsibilities- 1. Helping management in deciding financial/business strategies. 2. Long-term Financial & Business planning. 3. Working capital management. Finance procurement. Liaison with bank officials in major/policy issues. 4. Forex planning and Management. 5. Preparation for BOD meetings and attending the same. 6. Oversee Treasury Fund flow management and finance controller. 7. Developing costing system for various products and to help for outsourced job works activity and its cost-benefit analysis. 8. Helping in finalization of annual rate contracts, major purchase contracts and its monitoring. 9. Revenue & CAPEX budget preparation and overall monitoring of the same and reporting periodical variances analysis of actual v/s budget, as and when needed exercising budgetary controls. 10. Developing various MIS systems as per the requirements of Mgt/BOD. 11. Analysis of the profitability. Highlighting gaps between planned and actual financial results. Analysis and reporting on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection for future company growth. 12. Annual projected/audited Financial Statement and Finalization of books of accounts. 13. Ensure legal compliance against financial laws, like, Income Tax, GST, VAT, Company Law, PT, etc. 14. Planning and Interaction with; - Internal, - Cost, - GST and - Statutory auditors - for completing their Audit as per schedules. 15. Develop systematic controls and accounting practices for outsourced activities/job workers. 16. Statutory compliance for direct & indirect taxes including the processing of refund claims. Representing company before various Govt. authorities. 17. Tracking of receivables & reporting past dues/overdue to management. 18. Ensuring timely payments. 19. Fixed assets completion reviews and accounting. Planning for physical checking of FAs as per company policy. 20. Accounting system monitoring and up-gradations. 21. Supervision, monitoring, and providing guidance on various activities of Lote and Pune Accounts & Finance Dept. staff. 22. To provide inputs to other depts in various commercial/business matters/issues.
