Role & responsibilities

Accounts

• Handle accounting activities with proficiency.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow projections for operations & projects.
• Preparation of the Annual Business Plan
• Process payments and monitor budgets.
• Review vendor and customer balances.
• Preparation of docs such as invoices, Pos etc
• Regulatory filings, such as PF, TDS, GST etc

Financial Management and Reporting

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives
• Analyse financial results, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to business leaders.
• Maintain inventory & records of RM, FG and WIP and of all materials received & issued for production.
• Coordinate with team for Periodic physical
• verification of raw materials, FG and WIP.
• Analyse, evaluate cost structures, build, maintain and improve the reporting structures depending on cost accounting system,
• Carry out production, consumption & waste Analysis
• Co-ordinating statutory audits with external auditors and Cost auditors. Handling Internal audits scheduled time to time incl. Risk and internal control assessments

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Com + CA
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing finance & accounts
• Expert in Tally, Microsoft excel
