Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives, focusing on process excellence, automation, and lean six sigma methodologies.
Develop and implement process re-engineering strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements :

10-16 years of experience in finance & accounting industry with expertise in business excellence, process improvement, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), lean six sigma.
Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to delivery using Agile/Scrum framework.
