Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives, focusing on process excellence, automation, and lean six sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and implement process re-engineering strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-16 years of experience in finance & accounting industry with expertise in business excellence, process improvement, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), lean six sigma.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to delivery using Agile/Scrum framework.
