Lead account finalization and prepare accurate financial statements
Manage financial reporting to Corporate with compliance to timelines & standards Coordinate with statutory auditors for audits and address audit queries Ensure strong regulatory compliance and governance across F&A functions Demonstrate deep knowledge of Accounting Standards and perform evaluations Handle revenue recognition analysis and accounting treatment as per standards Conduct financial statement analysis to support business decisions Possess solid understanding of taxation laws and statutory tax compliance Ensure timely compliance with all statutory regulations and filings Support internal controls, process improvements and documentation
Must-Have Skills & Expertise
Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory Minimum 3 years of experience post-CA in finance & accounts Strong exposure to financial reporting, statutory audits & compliance frameworks Excellent knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) Understanding of taxation laws and statutory compliance Analytical mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage key deliverables
