- Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of annual and long-term business unit strategy plans

- Track overall status of projects and resourcesPartner with delivery and project managers/PMO to gather data for delivery performance
- Financial Analysis & Business ModelingAnalyze business unit financials, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and investment cases
- Partner with Finance to track KPIs and budget performance
- Data Reporting & DashboardingAnalyze complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings to key stakeholders
- Create visually compelling presentations that communicate strategic recommendations effectively
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key operational and strategic metrics
- Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Market AnalysisReview and interpret market research reports, industry publications, and competitor analysis
- Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and innovation opportunities relevant to the business unit
- Conduct gap analysis to assess current business performance against market benchmarks
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Education Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- ; ;Work Experience Requirements ;6 8 years of total experience in software service industry, with a minimum of 4 years experience in strategy, business planning, financial analysis, project management or MIS roles
