Events & Engagement Manager
who will architect the vibrancy, professional energy, and experiential opportunities that define the AIMER journey.
Position Overview
This role demands a dynamic professional who can envision and execute world-class campus experiences — from high-profile leadership conclaves and expert masterclasses to immersive corporate interactions and student-driven engagement initiatives.You will be the custodian of culture, continuity, and campus enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Event Leadership
- Design and deliver standout academic and corporate engagement events that strengthen AIMER’s brand positioning.
- Own the complete event lifecycle — ideation, planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analytics.
- Introduce modern experiential formats that elevate learning outcomes.
Speaker & Industry Relations
- Forge relationships with accomplished industry leaders, founders, and domain experts.
- Seamlessly manage speaker coordination, hospitality, and pre-engagement communication.
Campus Culture & Student Leadership
- Mentor and mobilize student committees to create high-impact event delivery.
- Cultivate a strong participation culture that enhances professional readiness and confidence.
- Deploy compelling communication strategies that ensure event visibility and turnout.
Operational & Vendor Excellence
- Oversee technical arrangements, stagecraft, venue readiness, branding aesthetics, and event logistics.
- Manage external agency interactions with quality assurance and cost stewardship.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain comprehensive performance reports, attendance metrics, and SOP repositories.
- Implement systematic feedback-driven enhancements across the engagement ecosystem.
Corporate & Alumni Connectivity
- Support sustenance of long-term engagement with employer partners and alumni contributors through curated touch points.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in event management, institutional engagement, or brand experiences.
- Articulate communicator with impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, resourceful, and solution-oriented with aesthetic judgment.
- Adept at managing time-sensitive, multi-stakeholder programs with excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and coordination platforms.
