As a Senior Manager Event Sales / Event Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, your role will involve proactively driving event sales across various segments such as corporate, social, association, and weddings. You will be responsible for developing new client accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events to maximize revenue from the hotel's 20,000 sq. ft. event spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Drive event sales growth by targeting corporate, social, association, and wedding segments - Develop new client accounts and maintain relationships for repeat business - Plan, coordinate, and manage events in collaboration with operations teams - Maximize revenue from the hotel's versatile event spaces - Focus on guest satisfaction by ensuring seamless execution of events - Exceed assigned sales and revenue targets consistently Qualifications: - Strong background in event sales, planning, and management - Successful track record in managing corporate and social events - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment - Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in events, is highly desirable,
