Role Overview: As a Manager-ESG at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, policies, and procedures in alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. You will play a crucial role in conducting ESG risk assessments, preparing reports and disclosures, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct ESG risk assessments across operations and projects and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks. - Prepare and manage ESG-related reports, disclosures, and metrics for stakeholders ensuring compliance with BRSR, GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards. - Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications Required: - Experience in ESG audit visits. - Competencies in Altrocentric Leadership, Analytical Decision Making, Initiative, Innovative Thinking, Financial Management, Operational Excellence, People Management, and Strategic Planning.
