As a Manager - ESG at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your role will involve developing and implementing the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, policies, and procedures in alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for conducting ESG risk assessments across operations and projects, developing mitigation plans, and managing ESG-related reports, disclosures, and metrics for stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards like BRSR, GRI, SASB, and TCFD. Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and regulatory bodies, will be crucial in this position. Your responsibilities will also include participating in ESG audit visits and demonstrating competencies in Altrocentric Leadership, Analytical Decision Making, Initiative, Innovative Thinking, Financial acumen, Operational efficiency, People management, and Strategic planning.
