Job Description

Manage end-to-end EPC projects in the solar domain, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, procurement specialists, and construction professionals.
Oversee design, development, and implementation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Handle tendering, vendor negotiations, contract finalization, and supplier management.
Monitor construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and timelines.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize project delays and financial impact.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Solar EPC or related industries (Telecommunication/Railways/CM Kusum projects).
Strong technical knowledge of Solar EPC projects (Telecommunication, Railways, CM Kusum Component).
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
Ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and execution.
A B.E./B.Tech degree in Engineering is required; an additional diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
