The manager environment performance will be responsible for the collection, analysis, validation, and presentation of results of environmental sustainability and energy data. Expertise in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting required. The person will recommend best practices for collection, analyses, validation, and presentation of GHG emissions footprints of company.

Roles And Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled ESG reporting professional to lead Scope 3 emissions reporting with a focus on advanced data analytics, audit readiness, and comprehensive control frameworks. This role will be accountable for external assurance of non-financial environmental data (primarily Scope 3, with secondary support for Scope 1 C 2, water, and waste) while driving continuous improvements in reporting processes, systems, and disclosures. The position will collaborate cross- functionally with Finance, Procurement, Sustainability, and Operations teams and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.

• Provide subject-matter expertise to internal teams on climate and environmental reporting requirements.
• Identify emissions-reduction levers and support business cases for decarbonization strategies.
• Present reporting insights to senior leadership, including CFO and CSO organizations.

Profile And Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Masters preferred.

5+ years experience in GHG accounting with direct ownership of Scope 3 reporting. Strong understanding of GHG Protocol and environmental emissions factors.

Hands-on experience with ESG disclosure frameworks (CSRD, GRI, CDP, etc.). Advanced data analysis skills Excel and at least one analytics tool (Power BI, etc.). Experience supporting or leading external audits of sustainability data.

Proven success working with large, complex datasets and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong written communication skills for executive-level reporting/white papers.
