Key Responsibilities: Perform climate-focused analyses: Carbon Emissions Tracking, Footprint Assessments, LCAs, Climate Modeling, etc. Develop science-based decarbonization and emissions reduction strategies Support ESG initiatives and advisory for portfolio companies and investment managers Contribute to ESG product innovation and improvement Ensure compliance with global ESG frameworks and evolving market expectations Provide climate-related insights aligned with SBTi and ISO standards Skills & Qualifications: Master's in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field Certifications in climate risk/ISO (e.g., ISO 14064/14044) preferred Proven experience in climate change advisory, ESG consulting, or sustainability strategy Knowledge of ESG frameworks: SASB, GRI, TCFD, UN PRI, CSRD/NFRD, SFDR Technical proficiency in LCA, SBTi, GHG reporting, and decarbonization modeling Data analysis and reporting skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement MS Office proficiency; programming knowledge is a plus For Senior roles: Leadership, product/process management, and team oversight experience required

Key Roles and Responsibilities Conduct detailed analyses such as: Carbon emissions tracking Carbon footprint assessments Environmental impact analysis Life cycle assessments (LCAs) Climate modeling and scenario planning Emissions reduction strategy Develop and implement data-driven strategies for emissions reduction and target setting aligned with SBTi Support investment managers and portfolio companies in sustainability performance improvement Enhance existing ESG products and contribute to new product development Stay updated on ESG standards and ensure services align with current market expectations Skills and Qualifications Required Master's degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related field Certifications in climate risk or ISO standards (preferred) Proven experience in climate change, sustainability, and environmental advisory Hands-on experience in GHG assessments, carbon footprint analysis, and decarbonization Familiarity with SBTi, LCA, ISO 14044/14064, and climate risk modeling Strong understanding of sustainability challenges across industries Expertise in ESG frameworks: SASB, GRI, TCFD, UN PRI, CSRD/NFRD, SFDR Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in video conferencing, written communication, and presentations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Programming knowledge is a plus For Senior Associate and above: People management, product ownership, and process improvement experience required Consulting or advisory experience is mandatory

What role will you play in our team Coordinate collection of affiliate Environmental Performance Indicators (EPI). Understands internal reporting requirements and completes reports (Environmental Performance Indicator (EPI), Based in Bangalore, KA. Monthly and quarterly greenhouse gas (GHG) stewardships, monthly flaring report) What you will do Coordinate collection of affiliate Environmental Performance Indicators (EPI) QA/QC affiliate data Understands internal reporting requirements and completes reports (Environmental Performance Indicator (EPI), monthly and quarterly greenhouse gas (GHG) stewardships, monthly flaring report) Calculates key performance indicators of Environmental data (Flaring, CEMS, GHG, etc.) for assets Understands internal reporting requirements and completes reports (Environmental Performance Indicator (EPI), monthly and quarterly greenhouse gas (GHG) stewardships, monthly flaring report) Interfaces with data provider to collect emissions data and perform necessary analysis Responds to data providers queries Interface with ExxonMobil Information Technology (EMIT) Initiate tickets with EMIT for technical issues related to the data management infrastructure (Database, servers, integration, analytics) Validate technical solutions to the system Collect and communicate user feedback Support Business Line DAG analysts with stewardship processes Deep dive into affiliate EPI trends and outliers Respond to adhoc request from affiliates and Global Operations & Sustainability contacts About you Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree with minimum 6 CGPA Liaising with various business units, relevant stakeholders, and external suppliers to gather key information Proven track record within Sustainability Reporting frameworks and ESG indices is a plus Experience in implementing sustainability reporting requirements and data reporting in a large company Minimum 6 months of experience working on Environmental Metrics, Data Management and Analysis Working experience with IT Systems (Advanced MS Excel, SSAS data cubes and statistical applications like Python/R, SaS, MS-SQL Experience on data visualization applications e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire Working experience on United States provincial and federal regulatory requirements to complete various emissions reports Preferred Qualifications/ Experience Sustainability Reporting frameworks; ESG indices knowledge; implementing sustainability reporting requirements and data reporting. Experience on North America provincial and federal regulatory requirements; Knowledge related to GHG and other air emissions, water, waste, climate change and other key environmental issues faced by business
