Role:

  • We are looking for an energetic go-getter to join our Enterprise Sales Organization. The Enterprise- Product & Business Manager is an internal & external customer facing role who is responsible for generating sales by positioning product, services, and solutions to build new engagements with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing & Executing Sales Strategies to aid business expansion and help company grow.
  • Lead Generation Programs - Tracking teams activity and validating the verified suspects to have a healthy pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities by understanding and addressing new customer’s requirements. Articulate the revenue (ROI) in the new business cases.
  • Developing Sales methodology to win competition accounts. Create a measurable roadmap for plan execution.
  • Drive new client acquisition in Indian Domestic Market.
  • Handling and focus on Large Deals & Tenders.
  • Translating customer needs into initiatives while aligning all stakeholders internally to influence business strategy, working closely with business team.
  • Focusing on Product positioning in market.
  • Running sales campaign, develop a strategy, participate in team performance review, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects.
  • Understanding of technology, Customer, Competition & market landscape, Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude.
  • Participating in new Solution Development, interact with strategic business partners to develop solutions.
  • Closely work with technology, marketing and other functions to assess, build/enhance product/solution.
  • Organizing Weekly Sales Skill Development Training for Enterprise Team- Product/Solution -Technical Skills.
  • Analyzing Teams Growth and as well as performing business analysis.
  • Prepare & Deliver client facing collaterals, such as capability/solution presentations, short term sales campaigns (along with marketing team)
  • Content Preparation for product/market/win related internal collateral such as WOW, Tech Update & Counterstrike.
  • Project management skill, creativity& Innovation and Collaboration skill Sets are required..
