Job Description

Role Overview: At Siemens, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects in the electrical and instrumentation domain, particularly within power plant and renewable energy projects. As a part of a global leader committed to innovation, quality, and excellence, you will lead a talented team and drive technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Study and understand customer enquiries to check the technical feasibility of solutions - Prepare complete automation scope involving PLC & HMI systems, with knowledge of automation systems involving Drives and Plant Electricals as an advantage - Support the proposal team in making technical offers and participate in customer meetings for technical discussions - Provide architecture and BOQ for automation projects, estimate engineering and commissioning activities, and undergo technical trainings - Maintain documentation as per ISO guidelines, design calculations, selection, and GA drawings - Develop logic, prepare PLC software, and support panel factories and vendors during project execution - Test VFD and automation panels at factories, prepare commissioning schedule and documentation, and conduct on-site training for customers Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering - Have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of work experience in engineering and commissioning projects - Experience in handling complex projects involving multi-cultural, diverse groups, particularly in the Paper & Pulp domain - Strong technical knowhow on Paper & Pulp process with experience in Siemens PCS7 software development - Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, good written and spoken communication skills, and willingness to travel frequently for commissioning and services Note: Siemens is committed to equality and welcomes applications reflecting diversity.
