Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure statutory compliance across factory and corporate offices (Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, Provident Fund, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.)
  • Liaise with government bodies and local authorities (Labour Office, Mathadi Board, Municipal Offices, etc.)
  • Maintain positive relations with labour authorities and manage union interactions, wage negotiations, and industrial harmony
  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and drive policy compliance.
  • Oversee contingent workforce, Mathadi workers, apprentices, and welfare initiatives
  • Administer payroll and provident fund activities and manage HR budgets effectively
  • Lead CSR initiatives and ensure smooth execution of factory and office administration (transport, security, housekeeping, travel, guest house, etc.)
  • Plan and execute factory events, manage statutory audits and insurance renewals
  • Compile documentation and represent during internal and external audits
  • Drive HR projects at local, regional, and group levels to support organizational goals

  • MSW/MBA/MHRM/LLM with minimum 10+ years of relevant domain experience in a manufacturing organization
