Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager - Employee Engagement at BDO, your main responsibility will be to design, manage, and implement effective engagement programs that contribute to building a high-performance and inclusive culture. Your role will involve driving initiatives to enhance employee morale, recognition, retention, and overall workplace experience within the North & East regions. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and implement engagement activities and initiatives in alignment with the BDO India Employee Engagement Framework. - Design inclusive engagement interventions tailored to regional and Service line needs. - Lead the end-to-end management of employee engagement surveys, including vendor connect, survey administration, branding & communication, coverage, and reporting. - Partner with stakeholders to derive insights and drive effective post-survey action planning. - Manage and administer employee recognition programs following the BDO India recognition philosophy and frameworks. - Identify opportunities to strengthen the culture of appreciation through formal and informal initiatives. - Develop and execute initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and enhancing the overall employee experience. - Collaborate closely with HR Partners, business leaders, and functional teams to ensure engagement strategies are well-integrated and business relevant. - Track, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics to assess program impact and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Manage the engagement budget efficiently by tracking expenditures and planning costs for all engagement initiatives. - Identify, engage, and manage third-party vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality engagement experiences. - Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships. Qualification Required: - You should have 4 to 9 years of experience in employee engagement or related field. - A strong background in designing and executing employee engagement programs. - Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and leaders. - Proficiency in program analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement. - Prior experience in budget management and vendor engagement would be beneficial.,
