Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager - Employee Engagement at BDO India, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing impactful engagement programs that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture. Your role is crucial in driving initiatives that enhance employee morale, recognition, retention, and overall workplace experience in alignment with BDO India's Employee Engagement Framework. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement across the assigned region of North & East. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and implement engagement activities and initiatives aligned with the BDO India Employee Engagement Framework. - Design inclusive engagement interventions tailored to regional and Service line needs. - Lead the end-to-end management of employee engagement surveys, including vendor connect, survey administration, branding & communication, coverage, and reporting. - Partner with stakeholders to derive insights and drive effective post-survey action planning. - Manage and administer employee recognition programs in line with the BDO India recognition philosophy and frameworks. - Identify opportunities to strengthen the culture of appreciation through formal and informal initiatives. - Develop and execute initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and enhancing the overall employee experience. - Collaborate closely with HR Partners, business leaders, and functional teams to ensure engagement strategies are well-integrated and business relevant. - Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to expert for employee engagement within the assigned region(s). - Track, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics to assess program impact and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Present insights in a clear, actionable manner to key stakeholders. - Manage the engagement budget efficiently by tracking expenditures and planning costs for all engagement initiatives. - Identify cost-effective methods to deliver high-impact engagement programs. - Identify, engage, and manage third-party vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality engagement experiences. - Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - 4 to 9 years of experience in employee engagement, talent management, or related HR functions. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement programs. - Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive actionable recommendations. - Experience in budget management and vendor coordination will be advantageous.
