Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Zyxware Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation in your assigned geographies. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential new customers, introducing the brand, and building lasting relationships with clients to support continuous business growth. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while maintaining a forecasted pipeline for the upcoming six months. Initially, you will start as an individual contributor with opportunities for team expansion and revenue management. Supported by senior leadership, you will receive guidance from various practices within the organization to familiarize yourself with the brand, target geographies, and market segments. Mentorship will be provided to help you evolve into a proficient business leader during your tenure. The Sales Manager will be based at the office in Technopark, Trivandrum. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets. - Conduct accurate sales planning and forecasting, including account identification and opportunity sizing. - Identify client needs through a consultative approach and guide them through the buying cycle. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leads. - Present the organization's values, knowledge, and capabilities to clients and prospective buyers. - Handle client account escalations for mutual satisfaction. Required Education Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience: - Preferably holds a graduate degree in engineering/computer science with an MBA. - Proficient in market understanding tools and frameworks. - Design and execute sales plans aligned with market dynamics. - Collaborate with HR to build a sales team and establish relationships with service delivery groups. - Demonstrated track record in revenue generation and risk management. - Experience in managing B2B clients globally. - Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office, CRM, and Bid Management tools. - Candidates with US Business Visa preferred. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Minimum 5 years of relevant international sales experience in IT or Digital Services.,
