Digital Marketing Manager Job Description: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push Notifications, etc., to drive customer engagement and acquisition. - Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess efficacy and ROI. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, timing, and segmentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. - Utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyse customer data, derive actionable insights, and inform marketing strategies. - Continuously track industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and optimization. - Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and messaging. - Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaign performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools, with the ability to extract and make sense of data. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management. - Experience in digital marketing or data analytics. - Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and targeting strategies. - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
