1. Design of Hydraulic circuits with servo valves and regenerative circuits
2. Design of hydraulic circuits for heavy presses with high flow and high pressure application
3. First principle design calculation for motor power and pump selection
4. First principle calculation for hydraulic cylinder and motor flow and force calculations
5. Creation of circuit drawings and detailed BOM
6. Design of hydraulic manifolds
7. Creating detailed power pack 3D model in Solid works software
8. Co-ordinating with power pack suppliers and procurement team
9. Co-ordinating with mechanical and control system engineering team
10. Machine hydraulic routing design and coordination with routing suppliers
11. Try out with assembly team at plant and customer
Candidate with 10 to 12 years of experience in Hydraulics design
