Manager - Design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of various Mechanical and Electrical drawings (Layout / Detail drawing / SLD etc.) for Busduct using AutoCAD, Engineering Calculations, and other relevant software tools.
• Preparation of 3D Model in Microstation / Inventor etc.
• Verification of Busduct drawings.
• Preparation of various excel and word documents as required.
• Manage design activities for electrical and mechanical projects from conceptualization to execution.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Site visit for various site measurement activities for Busduct design if necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements.
• Coordination with client and attending meetings for technical activities for Busduct design if necessary.
• Maintaining the project documents properly as per ISO / Company procedures and guidelines.
• Preparation of Bill materials in ERP software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in design management or related field (electrical/mechanical).
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Engineering Calculations and good communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing a team while ensuring efficient delivery.
