Manager / Deputy / Assistant Manager - Marketing

Roles & Responsibility :

• Understand customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

• Conduct

  feasibility analysis

  (moulding/die casting) for new parts with internal engineering/tool room teams

• Finalize part pricing and tool cost

  by coordinating with Design, Tool Room, Production, and Purchase teams.
• Create and submit techno-commercial proposals to customers in a timely manner.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers

  (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers).

• Generate new business leads

  through industrial networking, exhibitions, and referrals.

• Conduct technical and commercial discussions

  with customers to win RFQs and new projects.

• Coordinate across departments

  for tool design, trial planning, sample submission (PPAP), and approvals.

• Monitor project timelines

  and

  ensure timely delivery

  of samples and production parts.
• Keep track of market trends, customer strategies, and competitor activities.
• Maintain RFQ status, cost database, and customer interaction records.
• Ensure customer complaints and technical feedback are documented and closed through CAPA.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications required :

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool / Polymer Engineering.
• MBA in Marketing / Operations or PG Diploma in Tool Design or Manufacturing.
• Experience handling

  OEM or Tier 1 customers

  and managing complete product lifecycle from RFQ to SOP
• Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding, Aluminium Die Casting, Tool Design, and Product Development
• Proficiency in CAD drawing interpretation, basic GD&T, and material selection
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Ability to travel across India and internationally (if required)
