Manager - DC Engineering

Job Summary

Looking for a dynamic engineering professional who has a knack for perfection, process, efficiency, management & new technology. Responsible for leading DC design team of engineers & draftsman to deliver engineering for large scale Solar PV projects in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East & USA. The candidate must have a good understanding of relevant design codes, standards & processes as they relate to such projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead DC design & engineering team to deliver Solar PV (DC side up to Inverter) engineering project on schedule up to customer satisfaction
2. Prepare EYA, DPR & LIE reports on schedule up to customer satisfaction
3. Witness & prepare PR test report for large scale Solar PV plants upto customer satisfaction
4. Develop training module to train freshers for the team
5. Develop processes & SOPs to improve the drawings & design approval time 
6. Develop processes & SOPs to improve the drawings & design revisions
7. Develop capability for emerging technologies for teams, namely BESS & Green Hydrogen process engineering Able to work independently.

Qualification

1. B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, EEE, Power Engineering
