Role Description We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead asset management operations for solar PV plants. The role involves monitoring and analyzing plant performance, validating data accuracy, conducting root cause analysis, and driving process improvements to ensure optimal asset efficiency. Qualifications Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize solar PV performance. Validate PAG/EAG using SCADA and O&M data. Generate performance reports and executive summaries. Conduct RCA for faults and downtime with corrective action plans. Support software/digital dashboard development and data reconciliation. Coordinate with O&M teams and benchmark against industry standards. Drive continuous improvement in asset management processes.
