Senior Manager - Asset Management

Job Description You will play a crucial role in overseeing asset management operations for solar PV plants at Sunkonnect. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing plant performance, ensuring data accuracy, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process enhancements to maximize asset efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize solar PV performance. - Validate Performance Assessment Grade (PAG) / Energy Assessment Grade (EAG) using SCADA and O&M data. - Prepare performance reports and executive summaries. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for faults and downtime, developing corrective action plans. - Assist in software/digital dashboard development and data reconciliation. - Collaborate with O&M teams and compare performance against industry benchmarks. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in asset management processes. Qualifications - Experience in monitoring and analyzing KPIs for solar PV performance optimization. - Proficiency in validating PAG/EAG through SCADA and O&M data. - Strong skills in generating performance reports and executive summaries. - Ability to conduct RCA for identifying faults and downtime, with a focus on corrective actions. - Knowledge of supporting software/digital dashboard development and data reconciliation. - Capability to coordinate with O&M teams and benchmark performance against industry standards. - Proven track record in enhancing asset management processes for continuous improvement.,
