Role Overview: As a Data Analysis Manager at Tata 1mg, you will be leading the Planning & Purchase team in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making, interpret data trends and patterns, and design interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Your role is critical for driving data-backed decisions and supporting strategic planning across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making. - Interpret data trends and patterns to identify business opportunities, risks, and process improvement areas. - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. - Create and maintain Excel and Google Sheet-based models for operational and strategic reporting. - Present findings and insights through visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, procurement, etc.) to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analytics. - Apply statistical methods to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance evaluation. - Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through scripting or workflow optimization. - Support business case development and KPI tracking through timely, accurate reporting.
