Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in D2C e-commerce growth marketing. The role will be responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns, coordinating with external agency partners, and driving measurable business growth through performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other platforms.
  • Coordinate closely with the performance marketing agency to ensure timely execution, performance optimization, and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Own acquisition funnels end-to-end with a focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
  • Build media plans, allocate budgets, and monitor spends across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and website teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Run A/B tests on targeting, creatives, and landing pages to consistently improve performance.
  • Implement attribution models, tracking tools, and performance dashboards for accurate measurement.
  • Present campaign insights, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in D2C e-commerce performance/growth marketing.
  • 4–7 years of relevant work experience in running and scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering strong ROI.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to effectively work with external agencies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and tracking tools...
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills and the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience with luxury/premium D2C brands will be an added advantage.
