We are looking for a Customer Quality Assurance (CQA) Manager to monitor and enhance customer quality processes, focusing on root cause analysis, process improvements, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to manage both internal and customer-related quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA within a relevant industry and a track record of successful issue resolution.

• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure process adherence and prevent non-conformities related to products, processes, or systems
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer-reported issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams (CFT), including ICA and identification of suspected lots
• Ensure the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (PCA) and manage recalls if necessary
• Train internal teams and customers on product technicalities and handling procedures
• Prepare Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for Customer QA, highlighting improvement areas and trends
• Lead and support continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality performance
• Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), ensuring customer requirements are well-represented

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent field
• Experience:
  • 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a similar industry
  • Minimum of 5 years handling customer quality issues
• Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of RCA methodologies and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • Strong familiarity with IATF system requirements and core quality tools
• Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Advanced skills in People Management, Communication, and IATF systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement
  • Ability to effectively train and mentor teams and customers on quality standards and procedures
