Meet the settargets on current account in terms of open market acquisition
Focus on buildingthe current account book for the bank
Understand need and acquirecustomers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of thebelow channels:
o Leads generated by branch staff and personalleads
o Referrals generated from existing customers
o Alternate channels
Maintain thedatabase of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationshipthereafter
Accompany MSEstaffs on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowingcustomers into liabilities customers
Cross sellother products of Ujjivan such as QR, POS & TPP and pass on quality leadsto respective MSE loan officers
Sharecustomer insights/product related feedback with the Branch Manager
