About the Role As Manager – CSR and Public Health , you will lead end-to-end program delivery for public health interventions supported by corporate and philanthropic partners. The role demands a hands-on leader with strong program management experience, a deep understanding of health sector challenges, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders including government bodies, health experts, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities ● Program Design and Delivery ○ Design, plan, and implement CSR programs focused on public health themes including preventive healthcare, WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), maternal and child health, mental health, etc. ○ Customize interventions based on needs assessment and evidence-based practices. ● Stakeholder and Partner Engagement ○ Liaise with funding partners, healthcare institutions, state and district-level health departments, and community stakeholders. ○ Serve as the key point of contact for donor reporting, partner updates, and knowledge sharing. ● Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting ○ Develop program frameworks, tools, and KPIs for effective monitoring and evaluation. ○ Prepare project reports, case studies, dashboards, and documentation aligned with impact metrics. ● Team Leadership and Coordination ○ Guide field teams and local implementation partners to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines. ○ Support capacity building through training workshops and field mentoring. ● Research and Innovation ○ Stay updated on national health policies, schemes, and innovations. ○ Contribute to concept notes and proposals for new public health projects. Qualifications and Experience ● Education (Mandatory): Master’s degree in Public Health or allied fields (e.g., Community Health, Epidemiology, Health Management). ● Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing development programs, specifically in public health or healthcare-focused CSR initiatives. ● Skills: ○ Strong program management and stakeholder coordination capabilities. ○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ○ Familiarity with health systems, national health schemes, and SDGs. ○ Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
