Hence, CRM marketing/marketing automation is a critical channel for growth with high visibility across the organization. As a member of the CRM marketing team, you will report to the CRM Head - Marketing and work closely with the growth, product, business, design & content teams and other stakeholders to support and innovate our reactivation and retention strategy on CRM channels through testing, execution, analytics, data integration, personalization and project management. RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will: 1. Build and execute campaigns on an ongoing basis to improve engagement using channels such as WhatsApp, Email, SMS, app push, in-app notifications, etc. 2. Identify common behaviors and automate campaigns that encourage users to complete goals using tools like Webengage. 3. Partner with the product and content teams to develop communications that support reactivation initiatives. 4. Tracking and Reporting weekly campaign performance, revenue generation, and other growth metrics on WebEngage, SparkPost, Tableau, etc. 5. Rally your audience around our love of upskilling professionals and design your content strategy to support our brand promise. Requirements Total marketing experience of at least 5 years with 3+ year of experience in Customer Retention / CRM Marketing experience. Owned channel revenue for specific business categories or user segments (repeat, retention) in the past role. Experience with end-to-end marketing automation software such as WebEngage(Preferred), Clevertap, Moengage, etc.Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Attention to detail and an eye for quality. Exceptional written & verbal communication skills are a must. Team player with a track record of strong collaboration. Curious, self-motivated, and passionate about helping our learners meet their career goals. Excellent presentation skills.
