Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and manage CSR programs focused on environmental sustainability, community development, education, health & sanitation, and skill development.
Build partnerships with NGOs, community groups, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in and participation in CSR initiatives.
Ensure CSR compliance as per applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks.
Prepare annual CSR reports, impact assessments, board presentations, and disclosures for the companys annual report.
Prepare and manage the CSR budget; monitor fund utilization and ensure cost-effective implementation.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and impact metrics.
Promote CSR initiatives through internal and external communication channels.
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, & administering all programs on Education, Women Empowerment, Healthcare,Community/ Rural Development, Water and Sanitation,Environment, Skill Development and Livelihood.
